I don’t know how addicted you are to cookies, for me it’s quite addiction. I try to taste anything new and create even my own recipes.
It’s nice to have a piece of yummy crunchy piece of it either with High Five Tea or for a short coffee break.
This recipe is great for those who doesn’t like too sweet or soft but crunchy and filled with nuts one. This special taste is created after I received a lot of corn flour from the friend who comeback from northern part of Turkey, Trabzon.
CRUNCHY CORNY COOKIES
125 gr butter
1 cup of sugar
2 spoon of oil
a pinch of cinnamon
a cup of corn flour
3 cup of normal flour
To Make :
Mix the eggs, butter and sugar till it become consistent creamy . Add oil, vanilia, baking powder and mix again. Finally add corn flour and normal flour and knead for a while. If it’s too soft, you can add some more flour. Add nuts or dry grapes (as you like) than shape them nicely. Cook it in 175C oven for 20-25 minutes.
