This most delicious burger I could ever have is cooked at such simple street stall- but in special way while you are watching step-by-step!

Grilled patty is seasoned with black paper and worchester sauce, then topped with chili sauce. Either one patties or double, chicken or beef you can choose. The patty is covered with fried egg, placed in a hot bread that  oiled on grill, added slim slices of cabbage, mayonnaise, chili and ketchup sauce. Impatiently waiting, this mouth watering burger is one of the most pleasant street food in your entire life.

Loved by locals and internationals, the history of  the Ramly Burger ( also known as the Burger Ramly ), is a Malaysian street burger founded by Ramly Mokni through Pemasaran Ramly Mokni Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. Though the term “Ramly Burger” may refer to any of the hamburgers sold in a Ramly Burger stall, it most commonly refers to the Ramly Burger Special.

While the amount and type of ingredients vary greatly depending on location, a typical Ramly Burger consists of a beef or chicken patty, margarine, onion, an egg, cabbage, mayonnaise, soy sauce and seasonings. The burgers are a local delicacy, especially among city dwellers.

How can you find Ramly Burger? You can visit any Pasar Malam (Night Market) where they cook and sell variety of food in every city. Also, the set up stalls at specific places on busy streets at evening. Such as Bukit Bintang at Kuala Lumpur.
