We have cooked the delicious traditional Turkish lentil soup which was super easy to make! It only takes for you to prepare the ingredients in 10 minutes, after that wait to cook for half an hour.Wherever you go around Turkey, they’ll serve this soup in raw, with spices, in different styles. Some locals like to have it as breakfast when they wake up to a cold early morning.
1 cup of red lentil
1 medium size onion
½ spoon of tomato paste
½ spoon of chili past
Salt, black paper, dry mint, cumin, dry pepper
1 Liter of water
Chop the onion and leave it to souse-pan. Wash the lentils and add on it. After that add all ingredients, put the boiled water and let it cook for half an hour in low- stake. Once it’s cooked, crush it with blender for 5 minutes. The soup is ready. Afiyet Olsun
